b) Analytics Cookies (With Your Consent): Help us understand how visitors use site, e.g. Google Analytics 4. Examples: _ga, _ga_*, _gid. Expiry: Up to 26 months. Provider: Google LLC (USA) — safeguards via IDTA / Standard Contractual Clauses.
c) Marketing Cookies (With Your Consent): Used to measure advertising effectiveness, e.g. Meta Pixel, Google Ads. Examples: _fbp, fr, gcl_au, _gcl_*. Expiry: Up to 3 months to 2 years. Provider: Meta Platforms Inc., Google LLC.

3. AI Waste Estimation Tool

When you upload photos for quotation, we may use AI service to estimate volume. This may use temporary processing cookies but does not use tracking cookies.

4. Managing Cookies

On first visit we show cookie banner. You can accept all, reject non-essential, or customise.

5. Third-Party Cookies

Payment providers (Stripe, PayPal, Klarna) may set their own cookies to prevent fraud and process payments. Their cookie policies apply.

Our website chat and support widget is provided by AutoTalkBot (autotalkbot.com). It is a non-essential service and is treated as a marketing cookie: it is loaded only if you consent to marketing cookies, and it is not loaded — and stores nothing on your device — if you reject non-essential cookies or have not yet chosen. Once loaded, it may store information on your device, including a visitor identifier, in order to provide the chat. If you later withdraw consent we remove what it has stored and stop loading it. AutoTalkBot’s own cookie and privacy policies apply to information it collects.
